Working with my clients, we often find that their patterns of communication and interaction have been deeply influenced by emotional injuries during childhood. By combining Integrated Body Psychotherapy (IBP), Attachment Theory, Gestalt Therapy, and the PACT Institute, my clients can identify and separate thoughts, emotions, feelings, and body sensations. When you learn how to understand how your present decisions are shaped by your past, you will be able to recognize and correct destructive behaviors and take control of your future.
