You don’t have to manage anxiety by yourself. In my Portland practice, I help individuals move beyond the constant worry, tension, and restlessness that anxiety can create. While depression often pulls us into the past, anxiety tends to keep us preoccupied with the future—career pressures, relationships, health concerns, or challenging social situations.

Anxiety can show up in many ways: sleeplessness, irritability, difficulty concentrating, or physical symptoms such as a racing heart, shortness of breath, dizziness, or muscle tension. When left untreated, it may intensify into panic attacks or more persistent anxiety conditions.

With increased awareness and practical, evidence-based tools, you can begin to regulate your body, quiet intrusive thoughts, and regain a sense of steadiness and confidence.
